What if I’m on a budget? Can you work within it?
Yes, we are always willing to work with our customers’ budgets. We would just ask our customers what they are most comfortable with. We are willing to tailor something that fits, without promising the quality of our services.
How long does a job take?
The timing of a job, again, varies depending on how much work there need’s to be done. For example, an anchored yard would be done in an hour or two. However, if the lawn is too big, it could take three to four hours. It really all depends on the service you are asking for and how much needs to be done.
DO I need to be home?
No, you don’t have to be home while we work, but you do need to let us know. To specify, we tend to have a phone call with our clients to ensure that everything is planned out correctly. We have these planning calls so we can communicate with our customers and they can tell us everything we need to know, including whether they will be home.
How much does your service usually cost?
There is usually never an exact price for the service we offer. As landscaping is different from tree services, and tree services are different from lawn care. Not just that, but we would also have to see how much work needs to be done. Which is why we tend to discuss the price once we get to see the job.
Will you clean up after?
Yes! Our services are delivered to a high standard and kept clean. We take this very seriously, as we believe it is our job to maintain our services in a clean condition. We understand that our customers hired us to leave them an exceptional job. Therefore, their lawn isn’t just going to look beautiful; it’s going to be clean.
How soon can you start after I request a quote?
We can start as soon as possible. We would look at our appointments and make sure to find a day that works best for both of us, for we believe our customers are our priority. Always note that we are here to serve and offer you the best services for your lawn, garden, trees, etc.
